Can you bring the experience to us at our chosen venue ?

Can I give the experience as a gift ?
Yes, when you book a ticket select the “Purchase as Gift Voucher” option. After your purchase you will receive an e-voucher which your lucky recipient can redeem for an experience booking.

Can I bring my dog ?
Dogs are welcome to the distillery shop when accompanied by a their owner. However, dogs are not allowed into our experiences space (with the exception of assistance dogs).

I can’t make my booking. Can I cancel or rebook my experience?

Is the site accessible to disabled guests ?
Our experiences and distillery shop offer full access to disabled guests including free experience access to one carer of each paying disabled guest. We will make reasonable adjustments to the experience to ensure that disabled persons including those with assistance dogs have a positive and safe experience. Please contact us for further details.

Are there any experiences suitable for children ?
Children are welcome to visit the distillery shop when accompanied by an adult. However, anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed on our experiences. We operate a challenge 25 policy so anyone who is lucky enough to look under 25 will be asked for an original photographic ID.

How can we get there ?
You can easily get there by DLR, train, bus, boat, bike or car. We are a short walk from the Greenwich Pier (Uber Boat by Thames Clippers) or the Cutty Sark station (DLR). For details on how to get there please visit this link.

Where do the experiences take place ?
Find us at The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich (London), the architectural centrepiece of Maritime Greenwich, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. We are located in the Mews Building, across The Old Brewery, near the West Gate entrance.

How does the Gin Lab “ticket for two” work and what is included ?
A ticket for two is similar to having 2 single tickets, except that each couple (2 guests) will work as a team to craft a single gin recipe and a single bottle as opposed to one recipe / bottle per person. The rest of the experience will be the same as for single ticket holders: Each person will still receive two G&Ts each and all the discounts. Any gin lab session can have a mix of single and couple ticket holders.

Do you have any alcohol-free or low-alcohol experiences ?
At the moment we unfortunately don’t have any alternative experiences with no alcohol. All our experiences include tasting and enjoying alcoholic drinks.

Do you have discounted group rates ?
Yes, the minimum group size is 6. You will automatically receive a group discount when booking 6 or more tickets.

Can you accommodate larger groups ?
We can accommodate private groups of up to 48 people in some of our experiences, please contact us for details.

Do you offer experiences in other languages?
We can offer experiences in French and Spanish upon request for private group bookings, subject to availability.
Experiences Terms & Conditions
Rebookings
You can rebook free of charge up to 3 days before your booking by using the rebooking link in your original booking confirmation email or by contacting us. Within 7 days of your booking and up to 24 hours before your booking you can rebook your experience for a £10 fee by contacting us and providing your booking details (name, email and booking reference). You can rebook a maximum of two times. You cannot rebook your experience if we receive your rebooking request less than 24 hours before your booking.
Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable once booked, this includes bookings using vouchers and coupons. You may transfer your bookings to another person provided you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your booking with the new guest name. No-shows will not be eligible for rebooking or refund. If we need to cancel your experience due to operational or safety reasons we will contact you in advance to offer you a free rebooking or full refund.
Vouchers
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and voucher validity cannot be extended. You can cancel vouchers which have not been redeemed at any time up to 30 days after the original purchase to obtain a full refund, vouchers are non-refundable after this period.
Right of refusal
Anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed on our experiences. You might be asked for proof of age with an original photographic ID. We expect our guests to enjoy alcohol responsibly therefore any person deemed to be unduly under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.
